I have been using Turbo Tax from 1990s. Very happy with the results
What's great about it: Ease in which the calculations were done
What's not so great: All income source could not be downloaded from some institutions
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2014 Turbo Tax review

Every year it gets more cumbersome. Updating from Quicken is a waste of time and better not to do. Updating from financial institutions is difficult since it goes back to the top of the list after each entry. There is no way to get to the company without paging down. First letter does not work.

What's great about it: Steps thru all the required forms and shows last years return lines
What's not so great: During the steps it goes back to the top of the list after each item is finshed. Have to keep paging down for the next

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I have always done my own taxes, but this gives me more confidence that I have prepared the return correctly. I am 72 years old and plan to continue using Turbo Tax in the future.
What's great about it: It walked me through very thoroughly.
What's not so great: I had to pay for the state filing.

Fastest return so far!

This was the fastest I've ever finished one of my returns! TurboTax makes doing your own taxes a breeze. The questions are very easy to understand and the support you get if you don't understand is great.
What's great about it: Let's you pick the parts of your return you want to skip so you don't waste time looking at what doesn't apply

Turbo Tax is the best

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. A couple of years I have tried other products, but always return to Turbo Tax. The program is easy to used and easy to navigate. Turbo Tax leads me through more situations than any other tax program I have used. I love that it keeps track from year to year.
No more trying other programs for me!
