Deteriorating features

Less common topics like foreign income are very difficult to enter, and the included help/explanations are not helpful. It was good a few years ago, but deteriorating every year for the past 2 or 3 years.
What's great about it: The basics are easy to use. Support called back and was helpful
What's not so great: Less common topics like foreign pensions are diificult, features that made it easy in previous years have been removed.

Wish the IRA and LTC premiums were easier

It's OK. I think past years have been a little more user friendly, such as navigating on your own, calculating Traditional IRA's to tax, and inputting state data.
What's great about it: This year it actually asked me about my K-1 losses
What's not so great: I struggled with what Traditional IRA's to count or not, and getting the Oregon LTC premium credit was NOT self-explanat

Rocked My Refund.....again!

I love this product! It uses language that is understood easily, it prompts me for each subject, it checks my work so I don't leave any blanks. It is also great that it can import numbers from employers, invenstment groups, and even from last years' forms. I have been using this for over 10 years and I have never found a reason to use another product as this one fits all my needs.
What's great about it: user friendly, whether novice or expert
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to get all the forms I needed
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's not so great: Not sure it found all the deductions I had
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Will use Turbo tax next year!
What's great about it: Liked download from investment and bank accounts
What's not so great: had to upgrade to do parents house sale when knew would be an untaxable event. But now see getting refund for upgrade

Been using Turbo Tax for many years - Still the best Tax program available.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to use
What's not so great: Needs better instruction on how to fill out a 1099-B form
