Considering that you have to pay extra for a program that also does state taxes there shouldn't be a filing fee.
What's great about it: Transfering Fed info to State Return
What's not so great: Charging for State E-filing

The process of doing the Federal taxes was very clear. Was very happy with this process. The state taxes process was not the same. We did the state of Iowa taxes and there were time when it was very unclear what we were suppose to do. I felt like TurboTax did not spend much time on the state taxes process. We have been using TurboTax for the past 9 years and this is the first year I was not completely satisfied because of the experience we had with the state tax process.
What's great about it: Federal taxes process was a easily and clear
What's not so great: The iowa taxes process was not very clear at time

Smooth & Simple!

Great product for filing taxes! Been using TurboTax for over 10 years and wouldn't use anything else. A quick and reliable product that takes the pain out of doing taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and enter/edit information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

More confusing this year

Overall a good experience. My previous returns did not import- probably my fault, but frustrating. Also, the user ID and password I entered last year was not accepted - again frustrating!!
What's great about it: great calculations and very thorough
What's not so great: some steps not fully explained & the type too small for elderly eyes

I have used TurboTax for years. It is thorough and easy to use. I like the ability to go back to a specific item without stepping through all of the previous steps.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Printed forms always cut off the bottom half of the bottom line.

I cannot see my account billing information of the products I ordered anymore... and if I am still on the auto plan. So the new online site is lacking in that area.

Started with the install at 9 this morning and was finished by 2 this afternoon and that was with several interruptions. It could be easier but not much.
What's great about it: Free upgrade to include stock sales.
What's not so great: Some questions are difficult to understand.
