Great sanity saver.

Having been a TurboTax user for for over 5 years I appreciate the improvements made year to year. Because I had made a duplicate entry I had to do some detailed analysis of several worksheets to identify my error. The complexities of of the tax forms are insane and could be extremely confusing for many. This is an IRS issue, not Turbotax's, but TurboTax eliminates the complexity and keeps one from going nuts or getting really ticked in the process of filing their income taxes.
Thanks for making a great product and simplifying a very painful process for all tax payers.

Outstanding Capability

I work in one state, but have residency in another. Turbo tax made short work of figuring this all out for me and submitted both state returns with very little effort. I feel TurboTax maximized my returns and gave me the most accurate refund. My only extra work was figuring out why it appeared I was being double taxed, and TurboTax pointed me right to the area! Great work!
What's great about it: Multi-State Support, Fast, Simple, Accurate
What's not so great: A little confusion when two states are listed on the W2

Been using for over 5 years and have never been dissapointed
What's great about it: always asked to make sure I got all my deductions
What's not so great: sometimes some of the questions stumped me , but after looking in detail , figured them out

Employee stock purchase plan information very difficult to follow. Last year was more user friendly. I may have overpaid my taxes this year because of unclear guidance.
What's great about it: easy download of broker 1099
What's not so great: ESPP entry not easy to find and not easy to complete

What's great about it: Interview and forms mode make it simple
What's not so great: Non
