I have been using Turbo Tax for years and find it so easy. I am not a tech saavy person but using this software makes me feel brilliant because it is so easy. I don't think I will ever go back to having an accountant prepare my taxes again! Thank you Turbo Tax. If I can do it everyone can do it and do it right!

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years now. One year I used another brand and it completely threw me off. I am back to Turbo Tax now.
What's great about it: A lot faster than doing it manually
What's not so great: still have to look up some things- not always clear

Got it done with Turbo Tax

Doing taxes these days is so much easier with Turbo Tax.
Easy to install, and work through the different sections of the tax forms. Another great asset was that I could transfer much of the data from last year's tax return to the 2014. I didn't have to worry about finding the necessary information that I needed from last year to complete the tax return.
What's great about it: Easy format to follow, caught several mistakes i made
What's not so great: Had a problem on the 1099 section, I couldn't figure out how it calculated like it did.

What's great about it: enter in any order and add, andit adapts
What's not so great: too many IRS rules to refer to, couldn't import from fidelity etc.

I have used Turbo-Tax Deluxe for 13 years and was very upset to find after I purchased it and found it was less than previous years in application yet about the same price. I do a small Schedule C and Deluxe for 2014 would not allow it. After a couple of E-Mails I was permitted to upgrade to Premier free of charge. Fore this I was grateful and it solved my problem, however next year I will examine the tax preps available so this will not happen again.
