I been using Turbo Tax for about 4 years and i am very please with this system.
What's great about it: Getting my tax refund every year

Filing was easy as always. I was disappointed that my last year's file was not automatically uploaded from a server. I couldn't find my old one. I know next year will be the same. That's a big down for me.
What's great about it: easy to do, clear and straightforward
What's not so great: file not backed up to server

I used Turbo Tax for over five years. Helps me complete my taxes correctly in a short amount of time.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: None

Tax Return - No pain with Turbotax

Turbotax has made our life so much easier; it has taken out all the stress from filing of tax returns. Everything is intuitive, easy to understand with excellent explanations, and saves the data continuously.

Difficulty with accout access

Filing out tax return was okay. But paying for State was very confusing

Good refund

I wish that it could somehow tie into bank records and credit bureaus to be able to tell you what forms you may be missing and try to help you find them from the proper sources.

SLOW ability to file state return

The ability to file Illinois right after completing the Federal retuen was terrible. 2/15/15 is way to late.
Filling in a nickname is a pain. Forget that part
