I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. I wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State forms were hard to understand

Recommend Turbo Tax

Even though turbo tax has had some issues with this version (2014), it still is good at explaining the various tax laws and how it pertains to your situation. The downloads and updates seem to take longer than necessary, and the form I need to file my state tax was not available. We'll see how long I have to wait before they become available. I still recommend the product and they have publicly admitted to their deficiencies this year and are working to correct them.
What's great about it: copies info from previous returns
What's not so great: certain state forms were not available

Takes Care of My Needs

Turbo Tax has taken care of my tax needs since 2009. Despite the change to the software I still purchased it. I was even more impressed when the company offered the free upgrade on line. At this pint I do not plan on using other software or a cpa.
What's great about it: Step by Step process with easy to understand explinations
What's not so great: Had to dowload updated information
