Deluxe Package Disappointment

I had to call your representative to update my package to the premier edition in order to complete the forms required to file my return.
What's not so great: Left out important forms that were previously included in delux package

TurboTax is the Best!

Been using TurboTax for as long as I can remember. It makes filing taxes easy. I don't stress filing my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: no cons

Easy as ever

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I love it!!
What's great about it: Ease of entering data, great references available,
What's not so great: Limit on # of returns filed. 5 is not enough. I prepare all my family's returns for free.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best tax software

I have used turbo tax for several years now and will not use any other tax software. It is the quickest and easiest to use. It also is very thorough and is extremely accurate. I tried others years ago, but found turbo tax to be the best.

Getting better

This is the third year of using Turbo Tax and both you and I are getting better at it. Some difficulty this year in having to upgrade to Premium but so be it.
What's great about it: Carry over items
What's not so great: Some problem with 1099 Div. area
