Easy to work with and follow. Just not sure about the descriptions of investments and donation qualifications
What's great about it: Page Tabs were clearly described. Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Student Scholarships Grants tax not too easy to understand

Not Qualified for this investment expenses... Or words to that affect... Of course, I thought it was talking about my advisory fees and it wasn't. But it was not clear to me, I spend a couple of hours trying to figure out exactly what the problem was... I finally figured it out by reviewing the forms and realized it wasn't talking about my advisory fees but actually was referring to the the stupid computers expenses, etc... which I hadn't even used... Would have been clear if you had retained the Subject Heading to which the Not Qualified message applied... So, for the sake of simplicity you cost be a couple of hours... I may consider a different software next year...
What's great about it: Overall... Good but at times confusing...
What's not so great: Totally misleading at times...

Always recommend the product to friends and family!

Easy to use but had trouble loading at first

Easy to use as always but had bigtime trouble loading this year. Kept getting Error 5 notices. Had to search on the internet how to resolve problem. Finally found a solution and program worked fine after that.
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow
What's not so great: Had trouble getting the program to load this year

2013 Taxes

I strongly dislike preparing and paying taxes. Turbo Tax helped to take much of the confusing and boring government issued instructions out of tax preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to follow format. Concise support for questions and common answers.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Convenient Filing

TurboTax worked well again this year. Intuit's decision to strip Schedule D from the Deluxe version and attached it to the higher priced Premier version was poor. The explanation given was nonsensical. After complaining, they did give me the Premier version for the Deluxe version price, but what about next year?????
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Stripped Schedule D from the Deluxe version.
