No Pay

I prefer to see the actual tax form while inputting the information rather than just answering the questions and not viewing the return until completion of the return.
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: No enough information provided regarding getting answers on non standard situations

I have used Turbo Tax since the early 90's. Great tool which continues to improve. I do feel they could expand on the support for state taxes. You can't e-file in SC if you need to use a specific form TC-44 Excess Insurance Premium Credit. ..it's a .simple form...not sure why it is not included. They ask for the info , but don't include the form.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, good help information, organized, improved
What's not so great: SC Tax incomplete for a specific situation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2014 Turbotax is easier than ever with the guided entry. Makes sure you cover everything you need to complete your 1040.
What's great about it: Guided entry easier than ever; carry-over makes life so much easier
What's not so great: Requiring Premier to carryover a capital loss only
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Provide much greater detail if you expect us to manually enter this info instead of using the download (in my case from Edward Jones).
What's great about it: Generally very good - especially for Federal.
What's not so great: Colorado State instructions for handling interest and dividends is very weak and confusing.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: was able to e file
What's not so great: was a very slow start

Crazy Upgrade
on February 11, 2015

I had issues with schedule E on rental properties so upgraded from Deluxe to Premier, but it would not depreciate. My free state tax would just spin when downloading...had to call technical support and waited 2 hours. I still love the capability to import quickbooks. I have used Turbo tax for more than 15 years and even though I had some issues this year I am planning to stay with Turbo tax.
What's great about it: Love the import feature
What's not so great: always used Deluxe this year had to upgrade to Premier but it didnt work so well
Pros: I moved
