I thought it is a very easy to use softwares, I wish you give at least 15 e-file a year. My extended family is more than 15.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: limited e-file; i prepared 15-20 returns a year.

A Commedable Process

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it simply gets better and easier to use. How many of us can sift through the critical, complicated legal language that determines out (tax) destinies each year -- whether or not we understand it. So it is good to have Turbo Tax help with useful explanations and assorted guarantees to finish off this unhappy business each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate in all the ways that matter.

Glitch at the end

I've used TurboTax for four years. It's easy to use, with clear instructions and help. Up until this year I've never had any problem whatsoever. This year trying to e-file I got the "unable to connect to internet" message.
My default browser is Firefox. Apparently - starting this year - TurboTax uses only Internet Explorer. While your help section did explain how to set up IE and I was then able to successfully file, I have a suggestion.
It would help if you would say - prior to clicking the file button - that you have to use IE and provide the necessary settings.
Otherwise, my TurboTax experience this year was - like previous years - excellent.

What's not so great: E-file glitch

Refund was great

I love Turbo Tax have been using it for years. Like that I don't have to pay someone to do my taxes. I like that I can do my taxes with out ever leaving my house. I rust that they have covered everything in order to get my the best refund possible.
What's great about it: It is easy to use
What's not so great: only one free state file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Familiar Filing Procedures

I always have, and will continue to use Turbo Tax each year. I can justify in my mind the new program/price increase though the requirement to upgrade in mid-filing was a surprise. However I was 'grandfathered' to the original cost this year due to an active membership from years past. The additonal cost is worth it for me due to the 'familiarity' I feel with the program, and I just don't dread my taxes annually while using Turbo Tax .. it's a no-brainer for the price, but that's just how I see it. I'll stay with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Familiar organization of income v. deductions, familiar formatting throughout program, etc.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Help Was Needed

I was so lucky that I got connected to, Billy. She was so patient and explained everything so clearly that I understood everything. She guided me through the whole process, right up to the printing of all the forms. In prior years I used Turbo Tax and didn't need any help but this year due to the changes I did need the help. Turbo Tax stand behind there product, I was very pleased, I would definetly buy Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: I really liked the help I received from your employee, Billy.
What's not so great: It had to many changes this year for me.
