Excellent tool

I have used Turbo Tax for more than ten years. It is the fastest and most accurate way to file.
What's great about it: Very Easy and Quick
What's not so great: Spending time on the phone for the upgrade
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this product for several years now and feel this is a great product. Explanations are good if there are any questions. I recommend this product to all my "retired" friends

What's not so great: had to read some things very carefully

2014 Turbo Tax

I bought and returned Turbo Tax Deluxe and traded it for the substantially more expensive Premium edition, based upon the e-mails and articles on several of the online news services I received or read. I probably didn't need to do so.
Turbo Tax has to get its ducks in a row a little better next year and not drop forms that people probably need, like they did for the 2014 returns compared to the 2013 returns.
This is my fourth year using Turbo Tax, but the innuendo, uncertainty and general hassles almost had me going to a competitor.

What's great about it: It was easy to use for my fairly complicated return this year.
What's not so great: The uncertainty that messages from Turbo Tax created.

Quick - efficient - allows a person to easily correct problems and make any changes - Provides free, easy and secure e-filing with direct deposit available.
Provides the ability to do more than one state if necessary at a reasonable cost.

Will reconsider buying this software if required to buy Premier edition in future years.
We have a rather simple return with few stock purchases. No need to begin charging extra for use of Schedule D.

What's not so great: No reason to buy Premier version for only one stock transaction.

This is the forth or fifth year I used Turbo Tax. I've different versions from Basic to Home and Business. Since retirement, I have used for the first time this year the Premier version, because it has the investments portion. I no longer need the business version. All products are great. Easy to use and very organized.
I once used a CPA to do my taxes when my wife had her business. He gave us a work sheet based on the new tax laws for each year. I have computerized that spread sheet (Excel) and use it to enter the results into Turbo Tax. It's like a worksheet. It keeps everything organized. All the work is done up front. All I have to do is enter the figures into Turbo Tax.
Each year gets easier!!!!

getting fast refund

i used turbo tax delux for couple of years and this is the firest time i used the premier .it is a good program
What's great about it: forms is eazy to fill and revied
What's not so great: for the firest time used takes me longer time
