I've been using the web version for a couple of years. Switching to the software was easy. Liked being able to import data from 2013 files.

I am glad you fixed the forms to include rental property. I had used your product for years and was very disappointed when I saw that I would have to "upgrade". That was nasty and if I had to do that I would have never used your product again. Hopefully you won't surprise people like that next year. I will read the label most carefully.
What's great about it: Asked good question in good order.
What's not so great: Had to go online to finish and kept getting lost there

TURBOTAX SAVED ME $840 MORE THAN MY PROFESSIONAL!

LAST YEAR FOUND US RETIRING, SELLING OUR HOUSE, MOVING TO A NEW STATE & BUYING A NEW HOUSE. AFTER USING TUBOTAX FOR AT LEAST 2 DECADES, I THOUGHT I SHOULD USE A PROFESSIONAL FOR ALL THESE CHANGES. HOWEVER, I BOUGHT A TURBOTAX AFTERWARDS, JUST TO SEE IF I COULD DULICATE WHAT THE PRO HAD DONE. INSTEAD, TURBOTAX REVEALED 2 MAJOR & A FEW MINOR ERRORS ON THE PROS PART, THAT AMOUNTED TO $840 IN TAX SAVINGS!
What's great about it: HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER 2 DECADES W/ NO AUDIT ERRORS.
What's not so great: HAD A SLIGHT PROBLEM THIS YEAR W/ THE INTEREST INCOME ENTERED IN THE STEP BY STEP BEING DOUBLED ON SCEDULE B.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2004 with a minimum of obstacles. Just wish I was getting money back.

I have used TurboTax for many years and it serves my purposes for the most part. I know that a program cannot satisfy every individuals every need but it comes pretty close.
What's great about it: Very good calculations and it covers most scenarios without jumping around too much.
What's not so great: A little hard to maneuver around when going back to check accuracy of inputs or need to add additional info that I forgo
