Turbo Tax Prime

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years but the price went up when I had to switch to a more expensive version...don't like that

Taxes done the easy way

I have used Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes for many years. I find it easy to use and it provides the necessary information so I can get the maximum return.
What's great about it: Gets me the most refund possible
What's not so great: Paying for the state return

No free state e-File

Overall a very good product.
You are already aware of the Deluxe vs Premier error on your part regarding not including ability to file sales (1099-B) in Deluxe as in the past. Glad to hear this will be rectified next year.
Something I have been wondering about for years. Why do you allow 5 free Federal e-Files but no free State e-Files? Personally, I would like to have only 2 free Federal e-File and 2 State (for one state) free E-File.

Had some issues

Appreciate your management rethinking their changes to what was being provided in the Deluxe version. I hope you do not make any changes next year and let things stay the same.
PS - I have been both a Turbo Tax and Quicken user for many years and hope I don't have to change!!!!!
What's great about it: Easier to use than H & R Blocks
What's not so great: A little unhappy with the original changes in what was provided with TurboTax Deluxe

Turbo tax needs a save option. I had entered some of my information a few weeks ago and lost it. Frustrating to have to re-enter. If this feature is available it sure isn't clear (or intuit..ive)
What's not so great: Turbo Tax needs a save option when doing partial returns.
