I did fine with preparing FED & AZ returns and printing a copy, but had difficulty in getting to the actual e-filling point in the process.

When I click on the TT icon, my return doesn't come up. I have to search to find the return that I started.
What's great about it: easy for novice
What's not so great: made me upgrade to Premier in the middle of doing taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. It has never disappointed. With the "guide me" questions, I feel confident I'm completing all the required information to get the best refund available to me.

More Help Needed

When filing the Hawaiian form there are few directions as to what should and should not be included on each line. For example, some pension income is excluded from State of Hawaii income tax but there is no indication in TurboTax as what income is to be taxed and what is to be excluded. One has to find out for him/herself.
What's great about it: Federal gets better every year.
What's not so great: Hawaii state form woefully inadequate on directions!
