Good But Getting Costly

Every year seems the pricing is going up and this year had to go to the Premier Package (no additional cost for the move up, I thank you) for forms I had in the Deluxe Package in the many years prior. You should not change the package just to have the user have to move up and pay more.
I hope next year the Deluxe Package is back to normal.
What's great about it: Fast & Accurate with multiple methods to enter your information.
What's not so great: Every year seems the pricing is going up and this year had to go to Premier (no additional cost, thank you).

Great Easy Filing

Easy to use, transfers last years information flawlessly into this years tax forms. Audits the information and let's you maximize your return!!!!

Import use unexplained. One sentence would have made Turbo tax GREAT. "Either print the institution's name in blank or click on institution's name in list provided; then click Continue." If you do both, it will not operate, with no explanation of why.
What's great about it: When you figure out how to use it, the import feature is great
What's not so great: Import use unexplained. 20 minutes to make it work.

I did not like that I had to pay $30.00 more to download the Premier edition after I bought the Deluxe edition, in order to
be able to list my stocks and mutual funds. I have used your
Deluxe product for many years. You need to put it back like it
was in previous years. Never had this problem before.

What's great about it: It is easy to use.
What's not so great: Had to download Premier in order to get Mutual fund info. It used to be in Deluxe Edition which I have used for 5 years

Taking the Tedium out of doing your taxes.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. I appreciate that the software seamlessly retrieves all relevant information from last years return and guides me through the issues that are relevant to me and at the same time calls my attention to other issues that may have become relevant.
What's great about it: No deduction issue overloked.
What's not so great: No cons yet.

Just one suggestion - put the IP pin input in a more prominent position. I kept waiting for it to show up and it never did.
What's great about it: Brings forward last year's info, easy to use, never makes a mistake, can't live without it.
What's not so great: None. Everyone should use it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
