Hate Filing Federal electronically when state has

I absolutely hate that you have to file federal electronically before you file the state electronically since I much rather file the federal on paper. strongly suggest that you guys consider changing this feature
What's not so great: Having to file Federal Electronically rather tan printing

No issues for me, again. I am sure there are areas that may present problems for some people but, I have not come across any difficulties. My return has itemized deductions, pass - troughs, K1, investments, tuition, etc. Probably more complex than average but goes very smoothly. I usually use the step but switch to forms regularly. Love that I am prompted by last year's return entries and can instantly compare to double check significant changes and review their accuracy.
What's great about it: Flexibility to move easily from forms to steps and using year to year makes comparisons to prior years easy
What's not so great: None really

Excellent Program

I have used turbotax for 8 years + and have always had awesome results. I would recommend the program to all needing to do their taxes. It a simole and complete process where they go step to step through the tax procedure. GO TURBOTAX!!
What's great about it: The questions were breif and to the point. Very helpful.

Good way to go

Gets better as time goes on. Did not like that it is difficult to figure out how to mail state return. It's obvious you want to get the revenue from state filing but it should be clear how to mail it in if that's what user wants to do.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hard to file state return by mail

Overall great easy to use, used for years. Sometimes the update have a issue. Even with no firewall and good connection

I find the product easy to use. Of course, I have used it for twenty years or more. I find it gets better every year. There are still problems with those elusive details that Turbo-tax fills in for you and later they ask you to describe them. On occasion I don't have the vaguest idea where it came from, but I search and find it or in the worst case I put in an innocuous description and it seems to work out fine. The use of foreign earnings deduction could be made a lot easier. Overall, I am very happy with it.
What's great about it: It does everything I need, almost perfectly
What's not so great: still a few deficiencies in K-1 reporting and foreign earnings

I elected to have my refund carried over and applied to next years tax. I was offered refund options but had to do a search and go elsewhere to get the refund applied to next year. Why not have that option available where you are instead of having to look elsewhere?
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use.
