Tried for 2 hours with Turbo tax rep to get AZ state tax fixed . Didn't work.
What's great about it: Easy phone service acess

NOT AS EXPECTED

ALL THE FORMS WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE DELUXE THAT I NEEDED. INTUIT GAVE ME A FREE DOWNLOAD OF THE PREMIER, SO THAT WAS GOOD. BUT THE STATE RETURN DID NOT COME OVER; THEN THEY GAVE ME A DOWNLOAD FOR THAT. EVERYTHING WAS FINALLY COMPLETE, BUT IT TOOK TWO ADDITIONAL PHONE CALLS AND A LITTLE WORRY ON MY PART.

I have used TurboTax Deluxe for 15 years and was greatly harmed by the new program changes but the free upgrade to Premier kept me a loyal TurboTax user again this year. I must admit, I downloaded a free copy of HRBlock software this year and compared it side-by-side to premier. Both came to the same results but I filed with TurboTax and will likely do so next year, if the Deluxe program returns to it former features.
What's great about it: still great
What's not so great: had to upgrade to premier

My Federal tax return

I had some difficulty with the Series EE Savings bond interest. This was promptly addressed once I contacted TurboTax by phone. Karl provided expert help.
What's great about it: Phone access technical assistance
What's not so great: the additional cost of the return software

Love Using TurboTax

We have used TurboTax for the last five years and wouldn't consider using any other tax preparation software.
What's great about it: Easy to use; Trusted;

Giving us the free 1099B form this year in the Deluxe and restoring it next year confirmed my belief that Turbo Tax is the best way to file my taxes.

Very Thorough and Easy to Use

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, continues to improve and the transferring of last years files certainly jumpstarts getting into the current year
What's great about it: Questions are self explanatory and simple to provide all information necessary to complete the return
What's not so great: A little slow at loading sometimes
