Refund process can be improved

I always use the walk through method and verify my information a second time. I did notice there were several sections that not all options were there the first time. When I verified I notice the other option for that section would appear or vice verse. It would be awesome if all information could transfer over if you want to see filing married jointly would save you more money. It is time

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Late Return

I was really late in filing my 2013 return and my computer got a virus and had to be cleaned out. After I received the computer back, I had issues and you helped me get back where I left off.

I could not figure how to include income (and deductions) from temporarily renting my parking space when it seemed that it should be simple to add the income and deduct the separate condo fee on schedule E, without going into depreciation, etc.(temporary rental).
What's great about it: Thorough and asking the right questions. outlines all the practical steps to send the return
What's not so great: Lack flexibility to make minor adjustments. Not able to complete form 8938.

Extended Real Long

This Premier version of turbo tax had all the forms I needed for joint personal taxes and our home rental. Turbo tax worked great, but getting all the receipts entered to get my full deduction took forever. I had a pile of papers...Once scanned in, and entered into Quicken I was able to import the deductions into Turbo Tax to complete my return. Problem solved, Turbo Tax efficiently prepared my return, and I received a substantial return that I know is accurate.
What's great about it: Accurate Calculations
What's not so great: Latest Update was giving computer freezing issue, but I was able to work thru it
