Problem with Submitting return

I received a confirmation several emails for certificates and that my credit card had been charged for the audit assistance offer after I hand submitted my return. I never received any emails that my return and been accepted or rejected from Turbotax or the IRS. I finally signed back into Turbotax today and discovered that my return had not been e-filed or printed, I do not know where the miscommunication occurred but I just refiled the return and hope that I am not penalized. for filing late.
What's great about it: No problems until it came to submitting my return
What's not so great: confusion over e-file submission.

Good Job on tough isses

Our review had several non-standard issues like income earned abroad, some US Income and a W-2 that didn't state anything clearly. Turbotax somehow picked up the issue and handled everything properly. Lots of ETF transactions had me fearing hours of copying, but all the figures came in no problem. I thought I was just going to "get a start" on Sunday afternoon; by Sunday evening I was finished! Good job, old friend. I don't remember how many years I've been with TTax but it's got to be 15-20.
What's great about it: The questioning process took me straight through the issues
What's not so great: I got a screwed up screen when I imported some data, but the data actually imported fine.

Very Random Printing

Extremely frustrating to get to the end and want to print in small sections rather than a long return all at once. After repeated attempts to reprint a selected range of pages, I gave up. It simply would not do it. EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING!
What's great about it: Print Preview Intuitive
What's not so great: Would not print selected pages. Printed one selection, 1-10. THen would not print another selection, 11-20.

Good detail

I thought the app was is easy to use, and pretty straight forward. I had confidence, in the end, that my return was correct. I like the feature that calculated the change in the return in real time as you changed the data being submitted.
What's great about it: Had all the necessary features I needed to do my return
What's not so great: Took me down a few paths I didn't need to travel

Turbo Tax - Always Easy to Use

I use Turbo Tax because I find it easy to use and reliable.
The interview helps me to understand what data to collect and what to report.
What's great about it: The interview style wit explanation and links to help make the process more understandable and smooth.
What's not so great: Sometimes the language is a little difficult to understand.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

excellent package but need to go back to including all investment, capital gains, estates/trusts, etc forms in Turbo Tax Deluxe...no need to separate to Premier! Yes, you can ask folks to pay more if they have a business and need upgrade to business, that seems fair, but all else should remain in DELUXE!!!!
What's great about it: detailed explanations, step by step walk thru, ease of use
What's not so great: price increase for same forms as last year and w/o telling us, bad bad intuit!

For years Basic Turbo Tax has served our needs including downloading investment information. Disappointed this year that we had to spend so much more to purchase Premier TurboTax.
What's great about it: Downloaded successfully from financial institution
What's not so great: Had to purchase Premier edition.

Super Frustrating

forced to upgrade to higher level of TT at substantial additional cost, but did not get money's worth by far;
never could figure out why some of my entries were ignored, because no details were available in worksheets;
finally gave up and filed anyway because my time was worth more that the bottom-line difference
