I have used turbo tax for several years. It is quick and easy to use
What's great about it: I like the ease of using Turbo Tax
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Just Keeps Getting Easier

Every year it gets a little easier to use. It is self-explanatory. Anyone who can follow directions can do this.

Smooth sailing to the finish

I used TurboTax for over 10 years and see no reason to change. I like the fact that each year the software looks and works the same; no working through a different style of input screens. The one thing I wish programmers would change is the download feature for investments. TurboTax won't attempt to connect with a brokerage account before the planned date of data release, when in-fact one of my investment companies consistently releases their data (Form 1099) earlier than the planned date. This means you either have to wait for the set date as coded into the software or enter the information manually.
What's great about it: Consistent year to year; the software looks and feels familiar
What's not so great: Can't download investment info that's available already
Pros: I bought or sold investments

INTELLEGENT REFUND

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. It has been a great tool, and helped my piece of mind with its detailed questions, as well as import capability, which has improved significantly over the years.
I can say, I am addicted to this program. Please continue to improve it. Thanks.

Used to be easier to use

Turbotax used to be very easy to use, I bought the Investment and rental property Premier , and is more expensive, and less help I had questions regarding a 1099G and no one was able to answer my question,I had to call a friend to walk me through.

Another Easy Year

I have used TurboTax for about 8 years now and I am a very satisfied customer. It sure beats doing my taxes by hand (where I can miss stuff) or taking it to a tax "expert" who will use a similar program and who will charge much more than the cost of this product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very understandable.
What's not so great: It costs money?
Pros: I had a baby, I moved

I was disappointed with this years Turbotax. I would like to have seen if my State refund from last year which was include con my Federal return was left on the State or taken off as income. Seemed more difficult to navigate this year.
What's great about it: CDovered most everything.
What's not so great: Not as easy to navigate as before. Harder to get ereturn sent. Left something to be desired on instructions.
