Funds for new roof

My son lost his job so with that business closing, the 401K, looking for work, and the compensation we know we needed lots of forms. We had to buy the Premier package of software to get what we needed. We have one return done and one more to go. Hopefully the second one is as easy.
What's great about it: Easily to follow directions
What's not so great: Had to buy a higher grade of software to do our taxes-forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2014 refund

Very unhappy that I have to return the Deluxe model to get my
money back. If I had known this before hand I would have
bought some other brand. I may do this next year. To bad I have used Turbo Tax for at least ten years.

What's great about it: Easy ti follow instructions
What's not so great: I use deluxe was, very unhappy that Turbo tax changed and I had to buy the Premier model this cost me extra money.

2014 Turbo Tax Review

Had to upgrade to "premier" just to file a K-1, I did NOT like that. I did not have to in past but at least it was free. Does this mean I will have to upgrade my annual renewal to the Premier Edition from now on? Also, the whole platform just did not seem as easy as in past. I did not have anything extra or "new".
What's great about it: quick
What's not so great: had to upgrade to file a form

I have used Turbo-Tax for over 15 years. It gets easier every year.
What's great about it: Straight forward, fill in the blanks
What's not so great: Keeping up with everything all year.

Nobody except professionals enjoys preparing tax returns; however, with Turbo Tax help, we did it, step by step.
What's great about it: I liked the follow up info included with the instructions.

Followed all instructions only to find error on NM Gross Income screen, Upon review I noted that the NM tax refund from 2013 did not come across as income. First time ever that this happened. Thanks for the upgrade on the program

What's not so great: Error problem with State

Tried to do my taxes a few days ago and to input my investment it wanted me to upgrade to premier. I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade now and was very frustrated to see you wanted to charge me more money for that part. I am thankful you had decided a few days ago to update that decision. I will return next year.

Another easy tax year

Great user interface. Time-tested and reliable. I worry more about ID theft than i do about TurboTax screwing up my return.
What's great about it: Easy, predictable, intuitive, thorough
What's not so great: Free state filing...isn't really free
