Thoughtful and well laid out. Proceeds through logical steps and asks the right questions. Help fully understood and answered all questions.
What's great about it: Easy to use and well organized made doing taxes a snap.
What's not so great: none that I am aware of.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Works great. Makes filing a breeze. Probably would go a lot quicker if I used quickbooks.
What's great about it: asks questions about deductions I would otherwise forget.
What's not so great: Still had to pay for it.

Great Tax Program

I have used TurboTax for the past 4 years and have found it to be a great program. Recently, E-files were stopped for State returns due to hacking concerns. They were reinstated two days later and it worked great. I will continue to use TurboTax in the future because it makes filing your taxes easy. Especially since I have to file taxes in multiple states.
What's great about it: Fast-Easy to Navigate
What's not so great: None

Smooth!

Overall my experiences were smooth and straight forward. I can have multiple temporariy versions for comparison. It's cheaper and faster than having it done by someone else as long as you understand and check rules and instructions.
What's great about it: I really like the part that all previous neccessary infos are linked from previous year specially on inves. properties.
What's not so great: There's one minor flaw on 2 business vehicle questions choices when revisited it does not retain previous selectedanswer

Tax Chore Done

Good way to do my taxes. I felt it covered everything I needed for deductions, etc. There was some confusion when doing medical expenses, but after going through it once I could go back and change what needed to be fixed.
The wording was a little confusing when doing the state taxes.
What's great about it: Through coverage of tax items.
What's not so great: Some confusion in a couple places
