Completing tax forms still needs to be made easier.
It would be nice if K1's were required to be in the taxpayer's hands sooner than 2 weeks before April 15th.
It seems rather silly that both charitable contributions whether money or items can't be clumped together. Also - no reason not to clump all of medical together - but I guess that's the IRS for you!

Good product but,..,.

After final review it said was well. I postponed sending it and when I went back to send it had about 11 things that had to be changed or corrected. I've been using your program many years but so many changes all the time are very time consumming. I realize they are needed but keep the search process similar.
What's not so great: missed beig able to look at the worksheets witha click going back to page working on was not user friendly sometimes.

Using Turbo Tax for years. More comfortable with the program now. Very user friendly and goes to area's I never knew were there. Thanks for offering such great computer support as well as call in, one on one. Tried an accountant once, not a good experience and he charged for for something I can do on my own, for less.

What's great about it: Did great with saving to the Turbo Cloud, user friendly forum, step by step always good.
What's not so great: Remind people to save as you go. If computer system freezes or goes kerplunk, Houston we have a problem!

TurboTax is a guaranteed Stable Product that provides consistency when filing one's taxes. Long-Term Product User who is very satisfied with the TurboTax Software and It's Deductible Web Import.
What's great about it: Easy to use and works as advertised.

I really don't think TT is getting better or easier as the years go on.
The interview process far from perfect and sometimes the logic of seemingly having to go over and over the same entries and not being able to directly go to the point of interest

What's great about it: I am used to TT now after using about 10 years
What's not so great: Still does a bad job with K1's. Foreign tax not great either

TTAX for Real Estate Rental Investors

I have been using TTAX for over 20 years now, and every year it gets a little better, even as the tax code gets more convoluted, complicated, and confusing. I have about 15 rental properties that I have to keep track of, along with the expenses associated, and TTAX makes it possible.
Thank you Intuit, and keep improving each year!
What's great about it: The E-Z Step process really makes it simple!
