Very unhappy that I had to purchase an upgrade to finish my taxes.because of leaving out the investment process.

Certain fields are not entirely clear until after you make a selection and then you have to go back and change your selection. Other than that...Great!!!
What's great about it: Program is very easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

overall second year I have used turbo. before my husband was able to complete them all, since 2004
What's great about it: good step by step instructions
What's not so great: need to be able to contact a live person that can be understood to ask a question

Turbo Tax 2014

Over-all great product. I have used Turbo Tax now for 6 years and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can be confusing when you need to go back and change something.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Found the biggest refund!

Turbo tax has been my go to for years. It steps me thru not only normal tax stuff, but business expenses and rental property. Always finds me the biggest deductions.
What's great about it: So easy to use. Gets this chore done in short order
What's not so great: unable to delete forms no longer needed

it's impossible

Finally just gave up on filling out the health care exemption page and just took the penalty. It is a jumbled impossible maze. Whoever made that is a twisted funk meister!, ok OK !!, I get it you're supposed to give up.
What's great about it: All good
