What's great about it: Easy to use or support solves
What's not so great: Still have to be organized :)

Can you make 1099 entry into more subcategories? Can you make redeeming employee stock options easier? I had an revised stock cost basis as a result of an inheritance; I could not find how to document this change from what was reported on the 1099 to the irs.
What's great about it: Most complete tax software
What's not so great: I did not like the fact you removed content from Premier version.

Amazingly Easy!

This is my 2nd year as a TurboTax user and I am still amazed at how easy it is to complete my taxes. Beautiful!
Please don't stop updating the software until after we can get rid of the IRS. Thank you Intuit.

Have used Turbo Tax for almost a decade. Used others prior but switched for reasons listed in Pros section plus issues with other tax applications.
What's great about it: Thorough. Ease of use. Reliable. Pricing.
What's not so great: Forms limitations in some versions

Easy to use but help center could be improved

As a long time Turbo Tax user, I have come to trust the Intuit brand and the product.
It's a nice benefit that when you install the federal product, it immediately installs the state product as well.
I enjoy how you can either have the software walk you through the entire process, step-by-step, or you can choose the topic you'd like to work via an itemized list.
Another great feature is the live update feature on the left hand side of the software. It tells you your federal and state refund and live-updates as you enter your information.
The not-so-great is when you want context sensitive help, you are redirected to Intuit's website, where the help is anything but context-sensitive. Instead, you are prompted to type your question into a text box, and "search." The questions are often asked by other Turbo Tax users, and the answers are given by either Turbo Tax employees, but more often, it's an answer from another Turbo Tax user.
The answers provided may or may not help you, and often it appears that you won't be able find the answer you are looking for. To improve, Intuit should truly provide context-sensitive help since the software knows which topic you are working on.
What's great about it: Guided me through the entire process
What's not so great: Some questions are vague

Turbo Tax is Great

Have always used TURBO TAX, have not tried or used any others in past twenty years
What's great about it: asks the right question and gives plenty of help & suggestions
