Need options to print comparison sheets and other non-tax for pages.
Did not cover tax exemptions for local/state bonds in state tax form.

Superb customer service!

I had a great customer service encounter, on 4/15 of all days; the female agent was calm, quick, and supportive. Told her she was a godsend, and she hadn't heard that all day. C'mon users of TTax; these agents are smart, helpful, and responsive.
Cheers to TTax!
What's great about it: Prompt return of call; calm demeanor (esp on 4/15!); resolved issue
What's not so great: Waited an hour, but hey: it's 4/15, guys!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Error in State Return

I had full-year resident checked on my info, page, but Turbo Tax checked part-year on the form & used the wrong tax table for calculation. I though I was getting back over 2,000 from CO, but when I caught the error b-4 filing, thank God, it went down to $600! What if I had trusted Turbo Tax & just print & filed? I'd be in a lot of trouble. This error needs to be fixed.

Unnecessary Third party fee at the end

I hate the way you threw that third party credit card charge in at the end. And it was expensive. That alone will make me not want to use TT again next year. That was a low blow.
I paid over $50 for a credit card convenience fee. That's near to what I paid for TT to begin with.
This sounds like collusion to me.

What's not so great: The long draw out process at the end where TT continually tries to add on fees and upsell.

TurboTax is the bomb, thank you for the great programming and "lifelines" if you need them.
What's great about it: Thanks so much for making this "taxing", confusing process so much more pleasant. I am truly grateful.
