failed to function correctly, Questions not answer

-TT insisted on making 2 Form MO-CR's for Missouri state tax but wouldn't include them on efile attempts; I ended up mailing in that return. This was depicted as an error that I couldn't fix and TT failed to respond to repeated questions.
-TT insisted on me filing in NC where don't live, I pay no taxes, and got no return.
-TT took both my K-1 forms but in but during review of state returns said I had no K-1's in my Federal return (?); TT failed to answer questions about this...

What's great about it: calculated OK, handled complex 3 state returns
What's not so great: failed to do MO forms, couldn't efile

The program was easy to use and very helpful. However, at the end I was not aware of a charge to file state taxes with Delaware. In addition, it included an old "dead" email address instead of my new one the I put into the program.
Over all very pleased!!!!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: did not add current email address for refund status check. used old one.

Easy and Accurate

TurboTax is the best tool for doing your taxes. It is easy and accurate. It takes you through step by step to make sure you don't miss anything. Love to use it every year. E-filing makes it convenient.

SO protected cannot print own return

Good Product

This is my fourth year using TurboTax after 15 years of TaxCut. TurboTax is easier to use and the help topics are simple. If you buy a CD in the store instead of purchasing online, it does not provide a way to connect and transport information from the previous year to the current year. The additional charges for additional states seem high and when you eFile for states there is a substantial extra charge for that as well. Other than that, it is a reasonably priced product and will get you the deductions you need to get the best refund or pay the least.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Extra charges

Too many additional fees

I did not like the fact that the Deluxe version did not account for selling my home this year and required me to upgrade to Premium. Then after the upgrade, the sale of my home, which was a loss, wasn't included in the tax return.
Additionally, I bought the Deluxe version for the State filing. Then when it actually came time to file, I still had to pay extra for the State eFile option. In total, the cost was twice the original purchase price of the software.
