Couldn't do it without TurboTax!

This was our first time doing rental income, and TurboTax made it easy. One thing that would be helpful would be a list of recommendations on getting deductions for next year based on this year's tax forms. Overall, TurboTax continues to be the easiest and most cost effective way to get our taxes done.
What's great about it: Walks me through everything
What's not so great: Having to upgrade to the next level of TurboTax just to cover 1 rental property

It was helpful for me to be able to go through the questions one by one and make sure we had entered all the appropriate info. I had some problem with the adult son and whether he was a dependent, but re-reading definitions at the last minute made me know that he didn't qualify, despite the answers to my questions being "yes." Being able to start and stop at various times and go back is really advantageous.
What's great about it: I like the step by step approach with all the questions.
What's not so great: Somehow at the last minute I discovered my son was listed as a dependent!

Easy Peasy

I have used TT for 10+ years now and it just keeps getting better and easier to use. I used to get very nervous around tax time...am I doing it right, etc....well. one year I didn't (in my favor, yay). It was easy to go back and amend several returns. Thanks TT!
What's great about it: ease of use is phenomenal
What's not so great: nothing, it keeps getting better
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

When I tried to Pay for the e-filing of the State Income Tax it would hang up and I had to go to Control Alt Delete to shut it down then recover it.

What's great about it: Very easy to use. Liked the structured categorized sections. Liked the section summaries.
What's not so great: Negative news story about Turbo Tax made me a little apprehensive about using it this year.

This was the easiest my taxes have been in several years. I was able to import more data this year to save time, but TurboTax didn't carry over some info from the 2013 return. Don't know why it wanted me to re-enter things like mailing addresses, security? Will use TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Seems like it gets a bit better each year.
What's not so great: Didn't carry over some of the things I expected it to.
