good product with some issues

Good product, but needs to have some work on the install process - kept getting errors on instal of .NET, yet all looked OK on checking with tools included in the package...Was able to continue and file - despite warning of install issues with .NET
What's great about it: Ease and simplicity of enetering and confirming data
What's not so great: kept getting errors on instal, on .NET with no support or option to query and resolve

A few issues this year

I was not happy about the change from deluxe to premier for just having stocks purchases . But Turbo Tax stepped up and is providing refund for having to purchase next level. Also , surprised our return was rejected after running the check refund. But , Turbo Tax made it easy to fix the reason for the return and resubmit. I was also glad Turbo Tax sent a reminder about the rejection a day later because we missed the message about it being rejected initially. Also, our fidelity information was easily imported but not Etrade . I was surprised about the issues with Etrade.
What's great about it: Step by step process - walking through what forms
What's not so great: ran Turbo Tax review , did not catch error and fed. return was rejected
Pros: I bought or sold investments

A Great Tool

What's great about it: Makes filing your taxes easy (or easier). Can use as a tax plannig tool for the next year.
What's not so great: Confusion regarding changes to package ordered at first, but TurboTax made it easy to get the product we needed.

What's great about it: step by step instructions and ability to review through process
What's not so great: "Free filing"--Additional fees added at end to process. Why this addition without mentioning in original cost.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
