Good ole Turbotax

Turbotax is an intuitive program,very reliable with great features.I have no negatives to say about the program,with the exception of the state filing charge if sent by e-filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use and update
What's not so great: Tries to charge for items which used to be free.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Comes Through For Me Again

I have relied on Turbo Tax Software to do my taxes for years. I have watched it get easier to navigate and use over the years but it just seemed to go so smoothly this year. I think being able to double check yourself by comparing last year's entries with this year's as you go along is one of my favorite features. By the way, I love the Five Year Tax History Report.
What's great about it: Seemed to go much more smoothlty this year
What's not so great: Having to do my taxes - but I know you can't help me with that.

using turbo tax was a pleasant experience. This is the 3rd year I used the product and all has gone well.
What's great about it: the program calculated most things for you. The guess work was taken out.
What's not so great: not many. The technical tax questions that came up assistance and references as to where the answers might be were given

Recommendations:
1. Improve ability to compare married filing jointly and married filing separately.
2. Improve the filing of information on foreign accounts. Still very confusing.

Welcome Return

Will continue to use Turbo Tax. Have been a user since 1982. This year the new revenue strategy was disappointing. Will submit for my rebate return.
What's great about it: Miss Video's for Help
What's not so great: More details needed for Sales of Investment

Would have given a 5 star rating except for the price... Doesn't make sense in light of all of the competition in this market.
What's great about it: Quick and easy tax filing
What's not so great: Price. Keeps getting more expensive.

It was easier than ever to complete my state and federal returns. I didn't get a refund, but filing was easy, so I'm ok with that.
