Very good but not perfect yet

Interface remains efficient and easy to understand; covers almost all topics.
State returns are still not as good as Federal; some of the areas send you to IRS website rather than the step by step instructions.
Having used TurboTax for many years (well almost 20 years - its disappointing that the state software - specifically a large state like New York - isn't closer to the Federal software in capability. Also there are still several areas that the Federal does not cover but sends you to the IRS website.
What's great about it: Interface remains efficient and easy to understand; covers almost all topics
What's not so great: State returns still not as good as Federal; some of the areas send you to IRS website rather than the step by step guide

Great Program

Have been using Turbo Tax since at least 1996 (I have the programs for the last 18 years) and it has gotten better each year. I used to always do my taxes manually with a TI calculator and before that with paper and pencil. I could never have so easily kept up with the IRS changes without TurboTax . Thank You from a retired Naval Systems Engineer.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Cost

What's great about it: Walks through all steps...gives detailed/easy to understand clarification of what is asked in every category
What's not so great: Work like sample pictures of tax return forms to know what is expected

What's not so great: Didn't appreciate having to purchase Premier in order to file with sale of stock. Have always used Deluxe in the past.
