Methodical

I have used this program now for about 15 years. Each year it gets better. It is easy to use and keeps you on the path to completion in minimal time.
Anytime you can import documents like your W-2s or 1099s it just relieves you of the tedium of transferring data from little boxes to the program.
So easy to use I had my teenagers learn to file on it.

What's not so great: Had to buy the Premier version just to do taxes

Continue to use Turbo Tax

Highly recommend using Turbo Tax. Have used for over 10 years and will continue into the future. Great product.
What's great about it: Simple and Easy to Use
What's not so great: Using the forms directly is not as easy as it could be

Another year of best guess

Used TT for eleven years. Reliable product and Intuit has been a good product provider over the years. One thing that the State tax forms (I blame the States), and the Turbo Tax interview questions do not handle well are military reservists that earn civilian income part of the year in one state, reserve military income part of the year in another state (based on home of record), and active duty income elsewhere part of the year while mobilized. I have been mobilized four times and taxes are painful every time. I am not a member of the Active Forces, and not in a reserve status. Mobilized reservist, or reservist on active orders. After 12 years in Iraq/Afghanistan and hundreds of thousands of mobilizations, I'm surprised there has not been demand for Turbo Tax to improve their interview questions.
What's great about it: User interface is decent and stable, version to version
What's not so great: Not user-friendly for a mobilized military reservist
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

filing my own taxes harder than I thought

Turbo Tax is a good option for those of us with simple taxes.
What's great about it: Liked how simple the math was - Turbo Tax took the risk of human errors in addition and subtraction away!
What's not so great: Questions didn't match the forms; requested information not clear ... didn't like that I had to pay to file my state tax

Super Easy

Probably my 15th year using Turbo tax. Very easy to use. Imports your personal info from previous year to save time. Form 1099 from brokerage acct imported too. I like using It's Deductible to value non-cash charitable donations - takes the guess work out of determining value.
Too bad state e-file is so expensive. I always file my state by mail to save a few $.
What's great about it: Easy to use, It's Deductible to value charitable donations, imports last year's info
What's not so great: Price of e-filing state return
