Turbo'd again

overall- I love using Turbo tax for the dreaded tax return process- makes it much easier and affordable. The It's deductible portion is especially user friendly. I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Saved previous returns & downloaded W-2's save tons of time
What's not so great: sometimes you're steered to places you don't need

More Annoying than Before

I wasn't going to use TT this year due to the changes, then I got several e-mails from the company saying they had fixed things so I wouldn't have to pay for premier due to my one measly $300 royalty so I bought it anyway. Well, the program did require me to pay for access to Schedule E and I am furious, plain and simple.
What's great about it: Still helps get my taxes done
What's not so great: Schedule E costs me $30 more than it did before

Deluxe Disappointment

the partial reimbursement of the increased cost of Upgrade to obtain Investment only highlights the strategic error- there should have been a better way to address this management error in judgment and reimbursement of your customer base
What's great about it: fewer glitches than prior years
What's not so great: eliminating Investment from Deluxe was a low blow w/o warning!

Most Excellent way to do Taxes...TURBO TAX

We've been using Turbo Tax for years after spending hours upon hours in CPA offices only to find that the only thing they did differently is send a large bill. Turbo Tax is the bomb...doesn't matter is you earn minimum wage or six figures, there is nothing better.
What's great about it: Easy

Saved Time and Money

I am so thankful that a friend told me about Turbo Tax. I have spent so much money at other tax return facilities and never received a very big refund. I am happy to report that this process was painless and I am getting back a refund. Thanks Turbo Tax, I will be using you again next year. I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone.

I have been using TT since early 90's. this years changes were the hardest to except. A major draw back was its lack of ability to read and import last years taxes that is normally repetitive year after year and time consuming to input. thought it might be me but when I searched through the help section I saw I was not alone experiencing it. also the step by step was not as broken down subject wise as in the past. last, it is pure faith that the new healthcare part is correct as it lacked enough checks and balances for me to know. that said I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: will use again
What's not so great: history input failed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tax time

I did a little research and found out about the free upgrade for the investment form. If not for that I would have gone with a competitor's software.
What's great about it: I finished my taxes in one day
What's not so great: A little worried about fraud news
