Consistantly Dependable

Year after year, Turbo Tax has provided fast, easy tax filing services to me at a low cost. It is consistently top notch and professional. I remain a loyal customer.
What's great about it: Too many to list

All in, Great program that has ben improving a bit every year. I've been using it for years.
What's great about it: Seems to be a very through walk thru.
What's not so great: Health Savings Account Help could maybe be a little better. Failed to find tax history before last return.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. I really appreciate it.
What's great about it: Easy to work back and forth. If I have a form, easy to search and go directly to where the information is.
What's not so great: It's only as good as the information I put in it.

Always Turbo Tax!

Over probably ten years of Turbo Tax, I've never been audited. I hope that when it comes time to amend this return, which is inevitable (for the first time), Turbo Tax will be there leading me through a new challenge.
What's great about it: Very supportive. Easy to use.
What's not so great: No place to attach a statement or explanation

Portions of the software still a disaster

Had to pay to upgrade to report stock sales. There's apparently a rebate available but we'll see what a circus it is to collect.
What's great about it: Some importing getting better

Not bad...

First it recommended Married Filing Separate because I said my wife didn't have a W2, and I owed ALOT of money. After starting over and going the Married Filing Jointly route, I got a little money back. Overall its a good software despite a few vague questions.
What's great about it: Thorogh
