Simple but hard to find answers

One example, after entering the US saving bond INT info it ask me about education. I completed that information too then turbo tax said we would complete this later in the process but we never came back to it. I had to go to other location to determine why.
Search help of specific forms that I need to input was much better this year.
What's great about it: Simple to do taxes
What's not so great: Some subject turbo tax did not explain what it was doing.

Rewarding Even Without a Refund!

This program reaches back for all of the data I would otherwise spend hours finding, then understanding once again. Then it leads me through what I need to do.
Rarely, the Guide Me instructions could be a tad clearer.
However, an intuitive quest through the Forms by this Guide Me user was rewarding, and I could find and fix my entry error. Very satisfying!
What's great about it: Guide Me is the only way I'd ever go. Your killer app.
What's not so great: Once or twice, Guide Me confused me. Rare, but it happens.

Easy to use

Excellent product for a not too complicated return .I have used it for many years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Ease of calculation, just enter the data and TT takes over
What's not so great: Expensive to file a state return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Painless

Have used TurboTax for many years. Detail guides are thorough and easy to use. Answers to questions are almost always available in the help sections.
What's great about it: Import saved a lot of time

Easy to use software

Turbo Tax is a very easy to use, comprehensive software that makes filing taxes easy for users of all levels. I am a CFO by profession so the program is easy for me to use but I have recommended the software to my mother who is 80 years old and my sister, neither of whom has a business background yet both are able to use the software to quickly file their taxes.
Having the automatic importing of data from the previous years return significantly reduces the amount of time to complete the current years return but also provides a great year-to-year comparison.
What's great about it: The ease of using the software

2014 Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and I will continue to use it in the future and I have recommended Turbo Tax to many of my friends and relatives
What's great about it: I liked all the features
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
