easy to use

faithful TurboTax customer for over 15 years
What's great about it: help menus are very good for complex returns
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Overall, a positive experience in getting through a challenging tax year due to changes in a relatives health and the sale of a home related to healthcare issues. TurboTax performed well and guided me through several complicated issues.
What's great about it: Straightforward, step-by-step processes
What's not so great: Wording in some areas such as capital gains were slightly confusing, causing a re-read several times of a few pages

Turbo Tax asks the questions and fills in the correct place in the forms, but I find it hard for follow the flow. Also, for the deduction section it is not explained how the percentages effect each deduction.
Another thing is it would be nice if after each question the next would pop up and not have to be scrolled to.

Another fine program!

It went very well this year, with the noted exception of the failure to import the 1099's...
What's great about it: Much of the data is available for import
What's not so great: DLCU data would not import!?!
