2014 tax processing

I was angry when I learned I had to upgrade this year when I didn't have to last year. The upgrade was free, but I will be very angry if TT now requires a more expensive product for what has been included in the product I've purchased in the past.
What's great about it: Works well

Somewhat disappointed

Last year I bought the Premier edition also hoping to be able to use the part of the program that helped determine cost basis for stock sold Last year when I tried to use it, I got an error message saying it was not working right This year when I tried to get help on figuring out cost basis, I couldn't figure out how to get to that spot Entering stock, it said click additional information and then I tried to go to not knowing stock cost and it put me right back to where I entered the stock. Very disappointing.
What's great about it: Easy to use and enter information
What's not so great: Wasn't able to find cost basis for stocks

I had to buy premier instead of delux. Still there were lot of problems with Capital gains worksheet. Not all changes were saved and were made to different transactions than the one selected.
What's great about it: Easy transfer
What's not so great: there were some real issues with the software

Easy!

Why wouldn't you do your own taxes?
2 problems, 1 solution:
Problem 1: Using paper forms is inconvenient and time consuming, and what if I make a mistake?
Problem 2: I don't want to feel like I'm getting ripped of at a retail setting.
Solution: Using Turbo Tax gives you the same piece of mind as if someone were checking your work over your shoulder making sure you don't miss anything.
What's great about it: Easy and Cheap
