Turbo Tax premier

Very happy and disapointed, constant messages about failed internet connections; not sure if calculations came out OK; with all deductions still had to max IRA for me and open a spousal IRA to avoid paying taxes.
What's great about it: it is a software
What's not so great: unable to download stock sale for 2013, unable to federal e-file

What's great about it: Getting easier
What's not so great: Last year, Turbotax Delure can be used to do investment income. However, we must purchase for an upgraded vision.

TurboTax is the Bomb

TurboTax has done it again, I have used it since it first came out years ago and it has always been better each time!
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive, every year it gets better!
What's not so great: None not one I could find.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

ALWAYS A PLEASURE DOING TAXES. I WOULD LIKE A QUICK PRINT OPTION TO PRINT FORMS.
What's great about it: GET'S BETTER EVERY YEAR
What's not so great: PRINTING COULD SKIP THE PDF STEP

After the marketing disaster wherein Schedules C, D, E were moved from Deluxe to Premier, the revised process went fairly smoothly. Import from brokers makes input easy. Copy from last year to this year makes charity donations easy.
What's great about it: Generally intuitive interface
What's not so great: K-1 instructions are difficult to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Excellent Product

I've used Turbo Tax for 9 years and it has made the tax process very manageable. Turbo Tax has especially helped me navigate my investments, including difficulties with owning metals and foreign tax.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: Taxes are still complicated
