Turbo Tax Deluxe (with free upgrade to Premier)

I always use guided to make sure I don't miss anything. I used flags for the first time this year; very handy. It was also easy to get back to specific topics to make changes and see what the result was. All in all a great product. Please put the investment features back into Deluxe for next year.
What's great about it: Worked great as always since 1997
What's not so great: I was disappointed when the features were removed from Deluxe

So Easy!

We've been using TT for years. I love how you can import from one year to the next. Also, importing data from our financial institution makes it soooo much easier than trying to figure everything out!
What's great about it: Turbo tax is so easy to use, really convenient

Last minute speed demon

Having to wait until the last few days to receive all my info from the financial folk always keeps me stressed. TurboTax helps me get it done quick and easy. By the the time I hit "send", I'm ready to have one drink and relax instead of drinking the whole bottle.
What's great about it: easy to follow

too difficult to go between modules. almost impossible to get back to TT from the print screen. no access to a menu to help

I pay extra for Premier and a free state return. I feel I should, at least get a discount to e-file. I just put it in the mail again!
What's great about it: Imports my information from my Broker
What's not so great: Charges to E-file state return
