Quick and Easy

Great product, has helped me year after year from time immemorial. Filing taxes will not be easy without Turbo Tax. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for this super easy to use product.
What's great about it: Simple to use, awesome help screens and phone support, can't ask for more.
What's not so great: Will let you know when I find one

Not as easy as it should be

Using TT for years now, and they make it harder and harder each year, while increasing the price and decreasing what you get.
What's great about it: Done on computer, no additional forms
What's not so great: too much redundancy, unclear info

excellent program. should be tax deductible or purchased by IRS and distributed for free.

Turbo Tax the Mighty

I have used TTax for years. It has always been an easy, understandable way to maneuver through an increasingly complicated tax process.

2014 was misrepresented as to what you need to file your taxes. I could have done it with Deluxe, but it appeared with your details of the upgrade that I would have to use Premier, so I bought it. Nope didnt really need it......much more to this program than what I needed and not that easy to maneuver through. Took me hours and hours.
What's great about it: No huge CPA fee
What's not so great: Not that easy.

Turbo Tax bar none is the best tax software on the market. Easy to use, very user friendly, have used TB Tax for last

ok, but a lot of clunky, poorly thought out spots

over all it does the job, but there are a lot of spots that are clunky - like the printing, if you print your return, the on screen instructions are not clear, and they have been not clear for several years
there was an error in importing a dependents data; I had to manually delete the dependent and redo it manually
the overal 38.6% rate is not clear where it comes from
the charitable contributions take way way to many clicks
on many screens, you have to move the mouse to the right of the screen, and then, all the way over to the left to hit continue

I mean, don't they do any User Testing ?
in forms view, maybee I'm wrong, but if you open one form, and then quick zoom, i couldn't figure out how to go back
