A reliable option year after year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have found it reliable and easy to use. I am an independent person and feel it is important to understand the whole tax process, especially as it relates to your own personal situation. Turbo Tax takes an otherwise complicated process and simplifies it WITHOUT stripping away the ability to learn and understand.
What's great about it: The walk through is SOOO easy, product is reliable.
What's not so great: Ask to conduct state return in a state with no income tax.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Lead Me Through

Last year I received letters from both the Federal and State agencies with changes to the refunds that Turbo Tax had determined.
This year I have a new situation to report and Turbo Tax asked all the appropriate questions and, I hope, covered the situation correctly. I will see if I hear from the taxing agencies. It is all guaranteed!
What's great about it: Got me through in record time
What's not so great: Some questions and terms are still difficult to understand.

Shabana provided a correction for the issue. She was cordial, extremely helpful and the issue was resolved in under 10 minutes.
What's great about it: excellent, correct, concise correction
What's not so great: no cons

Simple and accurate

What's great about it: Easy to use, convenient to work on my own computer
What's not so great: sometimes a little tricky to navigate

It was easy to do once someone explained how to do it, but maybe a hint on downloading a corrected investment form once your taxes had been completed but not filed yet. I could not find any help for that when I put in that question in help.
What's not so great: I had difficulty finding out how to input a corrected 1099 composite once I had finished my taxes.

I like TurboTax. I have used it for many years and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: I liked how it took me step by step through the tax process.
What's not so great: Sometimes, it was frustrating; I felt at times I was going in circles.
