All in all a terrific tool to do your taxes and be confident that its correct. The step by step method insures all deductions and additions are covered. Free federal e-file is nice but it should also include one state.
What's great about it: Great step by step procedure in regular english
What's not so great: Did not like to go from each catagory back to a main page to continue.

Turbo Tax is Great!

It would be helpful if the product listing on the back of the box was a little more clear about which product to buy. I purchased the one that indicated "investments and rental properties. I had no rental properties but some investments which could have been done on the less expensive program. In the long run I paid too much for the product.
What's great about it: Easy walk-through with me explaining everything along the way
What's not so great: When buying the product it was not clear which product I needed to buy. Paid too much.

Still TINY font - Horrible printing

Printing was TERRIBLE - 118 pages! At least there is a pdf available. The pdf has them in an inconvenient order - had to pick through painfully to find which pages to keep hard copy. Forms that must be sent to Fed and State should be together. Choice for "Tax Forms Only" still shows 38 pages - about half of these should NOT get sent in.
What's great about it: Big font if work directly in forms
What's not so great: Easy step tiny print - "terms" even smaller!

worked ok but still went through all deductions even though asked if any thing changed from last year.
What's great about it: like the down load from prior years
What's not so great: didn't down load form 5695 info from prior year

CCA Form 120-16-IR gave an error which I could not correct and prevented me from filing federal and state return until I deleted the form. Since this form cannot be filed on line I am not sure why an error would prevent filing federal and state return. I filed this form on my own many times and I am sure I had it right but your software would not let me enter correct entries. The instruction for this form are terrible!
I have used Turbo Tax for many years and was very satisfied with it, not this time due to CCA form.
