Who ever programmed this version was inept

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and whoever designed this year's version was an idiot. Just because one financial institution was not ready it skipped all downloads and went straight to manual. I had to hunt to find the option again. Just because my husband has a W2 with NC tax withheld doesn't mean he WORKED in NC.
This was awful. The user interface was horrible.
This version does not rate any stars yet I am forced to give one. That is exactly why this is so bad!
And Location - WHAT LOCATION??!!??
What's great about it: It can add and subtract
What's not so great: Makes you go over and over items

Now what??
What's great about it: Not many
What's not so great: Not able to Efile. Reasons don't make sense. Am hooked up to the Internet.

Have used Turbo Tax for years. Had some problems when I hit Back button--kept repeating when I tried to go forward.
Also like to see a hard copy before filing.

What's great about it: Like not having to fill in info again
What's not so great: Couldn't print before efiling

Confused

I have used Premiere for years and have found it helpful. My return has had the same income and deduction catogeories for year yet this year I continually asked to upgrade to Business. There was no reason for this upgrade and this years program prohibited me from completing forms I knew I needed.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Unable to use specific forms when known -
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Printing has support forms coming out way out of order compared to how it is requested, and compared to the main form. It is quite a mess!
What's great about it: Transfers Fed to St very nice
What's not so great: Printing come out very poorly organized--out of order

You need to let people know ahead of time what's in product. Had to upgrade to finish taxes. I had problems with updates this time.Overall It is still very easy to use .

It's a good program but the added expenses are a huge negative. I'm not sure I will continue with Turbo tax next year.
