Foreign Tax credit problem with multiple countries

Allows me to list three countries, but then ignores the other two. I have no confidence that I did this right and none of the help answers were sufficiently informative. Seems like we have to do a work around to trick TT into accepting the data. Not good.
What's great about it: Generally clear for the most part
What's not so great: Instructions for foreign tax credits are confusing.

Saved me from the Tax Detail Abyss

TurboTax leads me through all the steps I need to complete.
Comparisons to past years keeps me from forgetting items.
This year's retirement issues were handled seamlessly.
I also enjoy playing What-If (changing values randomly to see how it effects the final result)

What's great about it: TurboTax does an excellent job leading me through all of the tax options.
What's not so great: So many things to consider, but this is due to the complexities of the tax laws.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

All in all it is good, and I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: generally everything was easy to follow
What's not so great: because of complicated investment one form was hard to find
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2014 Taxes

Alabama does not tax some kinds of retirement income. This is the second year that it took me an extra half hour to search for how this is handled.

Easy to Use for 2015

Program installed and worked just fine. Seemed to be pretty intutive and did a good job of pulling last years info from my prior return.
A little expensive for a program that you can only use 1 time
What's great about it: Installed and ran just fine on Windows XP

Interview too simplistic/ forms access too hard

This year's filing was complicated due to earthquake damage and the new health care laws. TurboTax made it difficult to complete and understand these sections and the supporting forms were difficult to locate and work with.
If I must use the upgraded product again next year, I will look to other means to complete my taxes. The cost differential isn't worth it.
What's great about it: transfer of prior year data
What's not so great: needing to updgrade to handle simple investments
