What's great about it: easy to use - automatically updated itself as necessary
What's not so great: NOT TURBOTAX FAULT - hate IRS and cumbersome system

I thought the program led me through the returns well and I dealt with a very complicated return. The issue with the printing process that was quite a headache and was way to complicated and when some areas were impossible to go back to and correct, it really frustrated my already hard process. Besides those two major issues I got through and I put all major required details. I am sure there are people working on those 2 issues st this moment and I look forward to having an easier time of the process next year. Thank you.
What's great about it: details and ability to go back and review
What's not so great: printing process is way to complicated and some areas are impossible to go back to and correct
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like having the resources that are available through this program.
Admittedly, I am not an expert tax preparer, the program is. Turbo Tax is the bicycle that I pedal through the process to get my taxes done.
I wish it were a trip through a tree shaded park instead of an IRS paperwork path.
It is a confident process with Turbo Tax acting like a GPS unit guiding me to getting my return filed.

What's great about it: As detailed as I need it to be. Answers all my questions.
What's not so great: A little trouble getting the program up and running at first.

What's not so great: did not like having to upgrade to premium -- will cost more next year

After the earlier fuss in MN about your program, I was not sure if I should use your software. But I have been a loyal user for so many years, I quickly decided that your product was the only one for me.
I love all the features. Easy to get from section to section. Questions to help were a lot better this year. 1st time I used the Rental edition. Was a smooth journey.
I wouldn't us another.
