As above. Otherwise I love being able to file my taxes myself.
What's great about it: I like that it guides through ALL possibilities.
What's not so great: I would like a way to insure that it included my partial payments

What's great about it: Option of step by step help or work on forms direct
What's not so great: State forms would not download

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and always mail my return...I like paper files! After only one email for an incorrect employer #. I just refiled.
Hope you go back to a simpler format...we're getting older and not working any longer where computer training was provided. So give us basic info on how to print prior to the saving feature. Tech reassured me next year version would address this year's issues. She was AWESOME and went above her level to determine printing issues. Thanks D.

What's great about it: wow! SUPER tech support, patient, kind, understanding
What's not so great: no info on how to print from black background, kept looping

I lost a copy on my coputer, dont understand why. Had to start all over OMG was I upset. but I had done alot of paper so I just had to reenter
What's great about it: Easier than learning about dividends
What's not so great: Had to put in past info. Took a long time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Not a Taxing Event!

This is about my 10th year in a row of using Turbo Tax. I hate doing taxes, but Turbo Tax makes the process easy and mostly stress free. This year I had several special events (bought and sold a house, moved, and accidental excess contribution to my 401K). Turbo Tax guided me through the appropriate forms and helped me when I had questions. I completed my 2014 taxes in about 4 hours. Using Turbo Tax also gives me confidence that my taxes are done correctly and that I have maximized my deductions. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Ease of use, step by step instructions, dummy proof!
What's not so great: NONE
