Premier for Investments, not so Premier

I have used Deluxe for years even when I owned an MLP. I was able to trudge through getting my K-1 entered. However this year the MLP was sold and wanted to make my life easier....
Little did I know there is a known glitch with a "work around" that I hoped worked correctly and won't get me audited.

I upgraded to Premier to make my life easier and get my taxes done fast.... well that didn't work I spent more time trying to figure out what was wrong and if the fixes were correct and the my gains were being recorded properly... If I get a letter from the IRS I will be disappointed and amending this review to express even more frustration...
What's great about it: simple easy to use interface
What's not so great: Can't Process MLP transactions

TurboTax us a great product. Easy to use and error free. However, it is not meeting my needs. My income is SS and a little bit of interest, mutual fund dividends and gains from the sales of mutual funds for living expenses. No way do I have enough deductions to beat the standard, so none of that functionality is useful to me. Yes my wife is getting an AHCA subsidy, so we need that function. Even so, it seems unreasonable to force me to upgrade to Premier. Fortunately the upgrade was free this year. But for 2015 taxes I'm going to have to look around for a lower cost option.
What's great about it: Simple and easy
What's not so great: Way to0 much cost for a simple return

Getting worse AND more expensive every year!!!

Splitting TurboTax from the original two separate versions into three now, each at a higher cost than previous years is quite profitable O'm sure. But it does feel like a bit of a ripoff.
The there's this - if the amounts don't match with some predetermined internal measure, the references don't seem to match the amounts on the requisite forms. And one winds up in an eternal loop from which there's no apparent exit. EVER!
And why did I have to sign in to Intuit' Server four separate times?
What's great about it: It works, but it creaks.
What's not so great: Too much repetitive questioning; references in the questions don't always match the forms provided.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Need to move up to Premimer

Need to place the income & deduction main screen where the new info. is needed not at the old. Move next income or Deduction to top of screen of move cursor to bottom.
What's great about it: Leed me though all the tax question
What's not so great: Move the screen to bottom where the new income/deduction are. Not the top where the old info. is.
