Fast and Easy

I have been using this program for years. As my life changed, went into business and then retired, Turbo Tax entered all the pertinent info into all the right forms. My children and now my grandchildren practiced with it and then started doing their taxes on my computer. I am sure now with their own computers they are all still using Turbo Tax. They could even download their student financial records into the program. I still remember a pencil and stacks of records to file and enter. One evening to do both federal and state and e-file. Gotta love it.
What's great about it: All the info needed at a click of the mouse.
What's not so great: none

I have been using Turbo Tax for some tine. I have found it accurate and easy. The Audit Defense had paid for itself last year although other factors at the IRS still prevented a fast review.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Saved a lot of time prepring forms
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to manever

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have been extremely pleased with the product. This year I purchased Deluxe as always only to discover that some of the schedules had been removed. I did upgrade in order to complete my filing. I have since been notified that I will be receiving a rebate and certainly I will know what to purchase next year.
Thank you for making such an easy to use product available to accomplish such painful annual task each year.

BY FAR THE WORSE TURBOTAX I EVER HAVE. NEED UPGRADE FROM DELUXE TO PREMIER TO HANDLE THE 1099-B FORM. THE STATE TAX FORMS ARE GONE AFTER THE UPGRADE. IT CAN NOT BE FOUND AFTER UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED THE PERMIER VERSION (FOLLOW THE TURBOTAX HELP INSTRUCTION).
What's great about it: STANDARD FORMS FORMAT, FAST, IMPORT DOCS
What's not so great: CONFUSE, STATE TAX RETURN FORMS NOT FOUND AFTER UPGRADED FROM DELUXE TO THE PREMIER VERSION

What's great about it: I was able to do taxes for two states and the the sale of a property.
What's not so great: some things were autofilled in both states when only one state. A little more time to fix that.

Turbo Tax changed their product this year. Previous years I was able to complete a Home Sale with Turbo Tax Deluxe. This year I was unable to complete my Taxes with Deluxe because I sold my house. I had to upgrade my Turbo Tax because Deluxe wasn't able to complete a Home Sale this year.
What's great about it: Your product makes doing my taxes easy. I have confidence in Turbo Tax that my taxes are correct.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax made a change to their product this year.

So easy to use

This program is an excellent resource to walk through moderately complicated taxes. I am confident that I have filed accurately and am getting all the most recent information on what I owe and what advantages my circumstances afford me. I like that it saves the documents and you can go back again and again as information becomes available from lending institutions, mutual funds, etc. They also look for errors to help catch mistakes.
What's great about it: TurboTax asks me all the questions I need to be sure I'm filing accurately.
