Program would not open Insurance Segment to correct an error. NO IT SUPPORT!!!

Needed Impovements

1. Turbo Tax did not show credit for long term care insurance allowable on Wis. state return, even though I had shown the amount under long term care insurance.
2. For filers who have had identity theft and received a special filing number from the IRS it isn't at all clear in Turbo Tax instructions where to list that 6 digit number as the normal space will accommodate only 5 numbers.

What's great about it: Overall fine product but a few changes are needed
What's not so great: Unclear in at least two areas.

Like Turbo Tax and you stand behind your products
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: had to change to premier. turbo tax delure in the past had when i needed with schedule D

Very Good Product

Have used Turbo Tax for over ten years. It has saved me a considerable amount vs using a professional tax accountant. I have not found an issue that has not been handled using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Importability - Good. Ability to jump from sections to sections.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

2014 Taxes

Thanks Turbo Tax for providing a great product to file federal taxes and to make sure that all bases are covered. The software asks questions that help make filing easy and accurate based upon an individuals circumstances.
What's great about it: Excellent software which makes filing extremely easy.
What's not so great: None.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It is always easy to use and quite efficient.
What's great about it: Easy to use especially importing tax and investment info.

I have been very pleased with the use of TurboTax over the last 10 years and this year was as good as ever.
What's great about it: Concise and efficient instructions.
What's not so great: Still have to do taxes.
